Just wanted to let you know about some recent U.S. guitar mag coverage
( a rarity for me!).
The last two issues (Dec 2008, Jan 2009) of Guitar World have featured me in the “Betcha Can’t Play This” column . The first featuring a phrase from Deliver Us and the current issue (with Angus on the cover) featuring the tapped harmonic melody from “Electric Gypsy”. There’s video on the accompanying DVD.
Additionally, the current issue of Guitar Player (January 2009 w/Gilmour on the cover) has a 5 page article focusing on my chord melody approach to the “Resolution” CD. Excerpts from “Gone” and “Resolution” are transcribed.
