AT Hosting Surf Guitar Radio Program Tuesday Jan 5th!!

Hello folks,

Any surf guitar fans out there? I'll be co-hosting a Surf Guitar radio program tomorrow night

(Tuesday, January 5th) from 8-10pm CST that will feature lots of classic as well as modern surf tunes.

The show will be broadcast locally in Dallas on KNON (89.3fm) and will also be broadcast on the internet in HD at www.KNON.org.

I'm bringing along my 1962 Fender Jaguar.,1964 Deluxe, and a Fender Reverb tank to play live on the air, demonstrating some surf guitar tones and techniques. I might even play a couple of surf classics live on the air. Solo surf guitar...should be interesting ,right?!!!)

As an incredible bonus, Bob Berryhilll, original rhythm guitarist of the Surfaris ,will be calling in from Hawaii to have a chat. The Surfaris LP "Fun

City, USA" was a huge influence on me growing up so I look forward to talking w/Bob about those early days and to find out what he's up to currently.

The host of the show, longtime friend Mark Wilkerson, has also chosen a couple of songs from my unreleased surf record to debut on the show. I'm excited for you to hear them. Hope you dig it!!!!
